Article 1. "About the value added tax" to state Item 6 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-118 of May 14, 1997 in the following edition:
"6) Realization of the equipment and spare parts under the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes 8432, 8433, 8434, 8436, 8701, fertilizers of commodity group under code 31, agricultural chemicals, crops and long-term seeds and landing material of commodity groups under code 3808 91, the 3808th 92, the 3808th 93, the 3808th 94, 3808 99.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
