Article 1. ZR-118 of May 14, 1997 "About the value added tax" to add article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with Item 14 of the following content:
"14. The diplomats serving in bodies of the diplomatic services of the Republic of Armenia operating in foreign states, and also military, trade and other attaches acting under diplomatic services of the Republic of Armenia after the termination of service can import property of private use without payment of the value added tax.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
