About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2010 No. 1025

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2010 No. 1025 "About approval of models of assembly records of civil status, descriptions and samples of forms of certificates on state registration of acts of civil status" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 86, the Art. 3026) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that:
the available remaining balance of forms of death certificates which samples are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2010 No. 1025 "About approval of models of assembly records of civil status, descriptions and samples of forms of certificates on state registration of acts of civil status" is used by bodies of state registration of acts of civil status in full;
the death certified before entry into force of this resolution is valid and is not subject to exchange.
