About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the value added tax"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on March 19, 2012

Article 1. "About the value added tax" to state item 4 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-118 of May 14, 1997 in the following edition:

"4) works on implementation of the main research and general education programs, and the subject educational tenders which are also performed since January 1, 2012 in the field of education, tournaments, the Olympic Games accepted and guaranteed by the state authorized body in the field of science and education corresponding to the criteria established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, as regards fee for participation.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after official publication.
