About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2015 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 314

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. add the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts, No. 1737 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2013, 5/37541; 01:08. 2015, 5/40864), Item 26 and interlinear notes "*" and "**" to it the following content:

"26. The documents establishing debt of producers and suppliers * on payment for the organization of collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and waste of packaging **, to percent in connection with such debt, stipulated by the legislation or the agreement on the organization of collection, neutralization and (or) use of waste of goods and waste of packaging (further for the purposes of this Item - the agreement).
