Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1993, No. 8, the Art. 179) the following change:

The allowances to pensions established and added according to article 11 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" and article 12 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About provision of pensions of the military personnel" remain to persons who received the specified allowances before entry into force of this Law, and are paid for the account of means of the republican budget in the same amount.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
