About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of traditional knowledge"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About protection of traditional knowledge" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, Art. No. 7-9, 685) the following changes and amendments:
1. Recognize preamble invalid.
2. State Article 1-1 in the following edition:
"Article 1-1. The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of traditional knowledge
The legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of traditional knowledge consists of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts, and also come in the procedure established by the law into force of international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.
This Law fixes basic provisions of state policy in the field of traditional knowledge, and also the legal, economic and social guarantees, including traditional knowledge with use of genetic resources (further - traditional knowledge) aimed at further sustainable development of the country and creation of conditions for equitable distribution of benefits from use of the traditional knowledge which is historical heritage and property of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"fund - the organization which does not have membership founded by physical persons and/or legal entities on the basis of voluntary property contributions and pursuing social, charitable, cultural, educational or other socially useful purposes.".
4. Recognize Article 4 invalid.
5. In Article 6:
state part 2 in the following edition:
"The interests of owners of traditional knowledge can be represented by both physical persons and legal entities, and the representatives determined by them.";
add Article with part 4 following of content:
