2. To provide to chiefs of Departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:
a) studying of the Instruction by the employees of law-enforcement bodies concerning issue of omissions and entry visas in border area, and exercising control of observance of rules of entrance, stay and registration in it;
b) carrying out explanatory work with interested persons of the companies, organizations and the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership about procedure for document creation and receipt of omissions and permissions.
3. Consider invalid the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR No. 0285 of October 13, 1983.
