The regulations on requirements to liquidity management of commercial bank approved by Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on November 2, 1998 No. 421 (рег. No. 559 of December 2, 1998);
the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 29, 2012 No. 36/1 "About modification and amendments in Regulations on requirements to liquidity management of commercial bank" (рег. No. 559-1 of January 29, 2013) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan 2013, No. 5, the Art. 59).
2. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of its official publication.
