About modification of the Regulations on the State register of medicines
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Regulations on the State register of medicines approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 31, 2004 No. 411 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 13, Art. 897; 2008, No. 100, Art. 3313; 2010, No. 57, Art. 1961; 2012, No. 53, Art. 2136), following changes:
add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:
"Identifications of the medicines which are purchased according to the paragraph the seventeenth parts three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements".";
to add item 4 after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Information on belonging to medicines which are bought according to the paragraph the seventeenth parts three of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements",".
With respect thereto the tenth and eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eleventh and twelfth.
2. To the Ministry of Health to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
