About modification of Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, transportations within the country, transit, export, procedure for conversion and realization of quarantine materials

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants", and in connection with entry into force of the resolution of the Kiev Appeal administrative court of May 28, 2015 in the matter of No. 826/11310/14 I ORDER to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500,:

1. Bring in Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, the transportations within the country, transit, export, procedure for conversion and realization of quarantine materials approved by the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of August 23, 2005 No. 414, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 29, 2005 for No. 1121/11401 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 4.30 of Chapter 4 to exclude 1).

With respect thereto to consider Items 4.31-4.42 respectively Items 4.30-4.41;

Item 5.1 of Chapter 5 to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider Items 5.2-5.26 respectively Items 5.1-5.25.

2. (Topchy V. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
