the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine of July 07, 1999 No. 411/488/357 "About approval of Evaluation criteria and the Procedure for determination of the resident companies of Ukraine, when implementing which foreign economic activity apply favorable treatment", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 22, 1999 for No. 492/3785;
the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine, State Tax Administration of Ukraine of August 11, 2004 No. 590/296/468 "About approval of Criteria for evaluation of the resident companies on which goods the simplified procedure for application of procedures of customs clearance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2004 at No. 1011/9610 can be established.
2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk N. A.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:
provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
