About introduction of amendments to article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 46 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056; 2015, No. 17, Art. 118) following changes:

Part one to add 1) with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1) objects of construction in progress, objects which are not accepted in operation or the property right to which are not registered in the procedure established by the law which:

a) belong to the subject of declaring or members of his family on the property right according to the Civil code of Ukraine;

b) located on the parcels of land belonging to the subject of declaring or members of his family on the right of private property including joint property or are leased by it or on other right to use, irrespective of legal basis of acquisition of right of such right;

c) are fully or partially constructed of materials or due to subject of declaring or members of his family.

Such data include:

a) information on the location of object;

b) information on the owner or the user of the parcel of land on which the asset construction is performed;

c) if object is in common property - about all his co-owners data, stipulated in Item 1 parts one of this Article, or the name of the corresponding legal entity with indication of code of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs are specified";

To add 2) after part two with new part of the following content:

"3. In the declaration also the data on subjects to declaring provided by Items 2 - 8 parts one of this Article which are objects of the property right of the third party are specified if the subject of declaring or the member of his family acquires or has the right to the income from such object or can directly or indirectly (through other physical persons or legal entity) to make concerning such subject to action, are identical in sense to implementation of the right of the order it.
