About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 22, 2009 No. 70 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 30, 5/29182; 2012, No. 64, 5/35778; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36981; 25.10. 2014, 5/39609):
in Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the designation of Frontier of the Republic of Belarus on the area approved by this resolution, words" (2008, No. 184, 2/1516)" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "(The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 184, 2/1516; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 22.01. 2015, 2/2240)";
To be reworded as follows the regulations on the mode at check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution it (is applied);
in the Regulations on boundary representatives of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
the third offer of item 4 to state in the following edition: "Exchange of samples of the documents granting the right to the Chief boundary representative, his deputies, the boundary representative and its device on crossing of Frontier in connection with accomplishment of service duties is made according to the procedure, established by international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.";
in subitem 5.10 of Item 5 of the word "and others" shall be replaced with words "The Republic of Belarus and";
in Item 6:
