About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning reduction of tax pressure upon taxpayers

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Tax code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112) the following changes:

1. In Item 14.1 of Article 14:

1) in subitem 14.1.11:

"ґ" and "є" to state subitems in the following edition:

"ґ) the debt of person delayed over 180 days, the size of cumulative requirements of the creditor on whom does not exceed the size of indisputable requirements of the creditor which is minimum established by the legislation for initiation of proceeedings on bankruptcy, and for physical persons - debt which does not exceed 50 percent one minimum wages (per year), established for January 1 of accounting tax year (in case of lack of legislatively approved insolvency proceeding of physical persons)";

"є) the overdue debt of physical person or legal entity which is not extinguished owing to insufficiency of property of the specified person provided that actions for recovery by enforcement of property of the debtor did not lead to complete debt repayment";

add with the subitem "z" of the following content:

"h) debt of the subjects of managing declared bankrupt in the procedure established by the law or stopped as legal entities in connection with their liquidation";

To replace 2) in the subitem 14.1.138 of figure "2500" with figures "6000";

Subitem 14.1.173 to state 3) in the following edition:

"14.1.173. The generalizing written tax consultation - promulgation of line item of the central executive body which provides forming and realizes the state financial policy, developed by results of generalization of the tax consultations provided by monitoring bodies to taxpayers".

2. To add paragraph two of Item 46.4 of Article 46 with the offer of the following content: "The taxpayer for whom this Code establishes obligation of submission of the reporting electronically represents such amendment electronically".

3. In subitem 48.5.2 of Item 48.5 of Article 48 "legal" to exclude the word.
