About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. Determine that the procedures of competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy begun before entry into force of this resolution come to the end according to the procedure operating before entry into force of this resolution.

1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 "About carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of public sector of economy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 68, Art. 2266; 2015, No. 15, the Art. 383) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 22, 2015 No. 493:
1) to add the resolution with Item 1-2 of the following content:
"1-2. Determine that the decision on need of carrying out competitive selection for appointment of the head of the subject of managing of public sector of economy which is included in the list of objects of state-owned property privatizeable, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, is accepted by the ministry, Fund of state-owned property, other body which exercises control of objects of state-owned property.
