About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2015 "About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 195
1. Bring in the Regulations on payment procedure to the insurer of insurance premiums on compulsory insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2003 No. 1297 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 115, 5/13173; 2008, No. 162, 5/27970; 2010, No. 2, 5/30974; 2011, No. 125, 5/34725; 2012, No. 24, 5/35288; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.07. 2014, 5/39091), following changes:
state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20. The debt on insurance premiums, penalties and penalty fee are collected by the insurer from the insurer based on executive text of the notary, and in the presence of dispute - judicially.".
2. Bring in the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts, No. 1737 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.05.2013, 5/37295), following changes and amendments:
2.1. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The documents establishing debt of physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, on taxes, charges (duties), the rent for the parcels of land which are in state-owned property and to penalty fee on compulsory insurance premiums and penalty fee in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus.
