About modification of the Procedure for forming of rates for services in content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for forming of rates for services in content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 1, 2011 No. 869 "About ensuring single approach to forming of rates for housing and communal services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 62, Art. 2472; 2014, No. 84, the Art. 2373), changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2015 No. 515

The changes made to the Procedure for forming of rates for services in content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories

1. The paragraph one of Item 2 to state in the following edition:

"2. The rate for services in content of houses and constructions and the house adjoining territories (further - rate for services) is the aggregate (general) value of provision of such services calculated on the basis of economically reasonable planned (normative) costs taking into account target profit and the value added tax or the single tax.".

2. In Item 6:

Paragraph one after the word of "expenses" to add 1) with words "the contractor and subcontractor";

2) to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
