1. Bring in the Regulations on Department on entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2007, No. 253, 5/25990; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.06.2013, 5/37437), following changes and amendment:
in part two of Item 7 of the word "the deputy appointed" shall be replaced with words "the deputies appointed";
add Item 8 with subitem 8.5-1 of the following content:
"8.5-1. distributes obligations between the deputies;";
exclude Items 9 and 10.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
