About modification and amendments in some regulatory legal acts of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the minimum size of the capital (own means) of banks" of March 11, 2009 No. 12/6 the following changes:
recognize Items 1-1, 1-2, 1-3 and 2 invalid.
2. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the minimum size of the authorized capital of commercial banks" of March 11, 2015 No. 16/1 the following amendment:
add with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Establish since July 1, 2016 the economic standard rate by the minimum size of the capital (own means) for again opened and operating commercial banks (including requirements to own means of branches of nonresident banks) in the amount of at least minimum size of the authorized capital established for the operating commercial banks.".
3. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of "About Interpretation (Explanation) of Item 1-2 of the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic " about the Minimum Size of the Capital (Own Means) of Banks " of March 11, 2009 No. 12/6" National Bank of June 14, 2013 No. 19/3.
