About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic

Being guided by Item 21 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

In the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 7, Article 797; 2014, No. 11, Article 1351; 1357, No. 12, Article 1539; 2015, No. 3, Article 259) to make the following changes:

1.1. Add Article 10.1 with the third offer of the following content:

1.3. In Articles 45.0.4 and 46.1.7 to replace the word "defenses" with the word "military".

1.4. At the end of Article 79.1.3 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 79.1.4 of the following content:

"79.1.4. in case of refusal in provision of the status of the refugee.".

1.5. Article 79.5.2 after the word is "cancelled" to be added with words "and also to which it is refused provision of the status of the refugee".

Article 2. The introduction of the Law in force

2.1. Article 1.1 of this Law becomes effective since September 1, 2018.

2.2. Other provisions of this Law become effective from the date of publication.
