About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Regulations of National assembly"

Article 1. In article 93 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Regulations of National assembly" (ZR-308 of February 20, 2002):
The title to state 1) in the following edition:
"Article 93. Procedure for decision making about ratification, suspension or cancellation of international treaties",
Item 3 to state 2) in the following edition:
"3. If application of the international treaty provided on ratification provides change of the laws or adoption of the new law, the Government represents about it the reference in appendix to the agreement.
If the international treaty provided on ratification determines the regulations contradicting the laws of the Republic of Armenia, the Government represents the reference in appendix to the agreement on need or inexpediency of modification in the laws of the Republic of Armenia.".
3) From the first offer of item 4 to remove the words "or about cancellation".
To add 4) with Items 6, of 7, 8 following contents:
"6. The procedure determined by this Article extends also to decision makings about accession of the Republic of Armenia to international treaties.
7. If the decision on ratification of the international treaty is made and, according to the reference (references) of the Government, adoption of the new law or modification in the current law, the Government proceeds from the relevant agreement, in the terms determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About international treaties of the Republic of Armenia" represents to discussion of National assembly the project (projects) about modification in the relevant law or adoption of the new law.
8. The ratified international treaty or the draft of the resolution on cancellation of the international treaty, on accession to which the National assembly made the decision, cancellation is represented the Government to National assembly with the reference, obosnuyushchy.
