Article 12 to add 1) with Item 5.1 of the following content:

"5.1. The same person can be appointed to position of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation repeatedly. The limit of stay established by age this Federal Law on service does not extend to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.";
