1) in Article 2:
a) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) production facilities - the territories, buildings, rooms, constructions, the equipment, devices, other similar objects, vehicles used by legal entities, individual entrepreneurs when implementing the activities;";
b) in Item 5 of the word of "the territories, buildings, structures, constructions, rooms, the equipment, similar objects, vehicles" shall be replaced with words "production facilities";
Chapter 1 to add 2) with Article 8.1 of the following content:
