About modification of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state secret" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 49, Art. 428; 2014, 746) to state Art. No. 20-21, in the following edition:
"Divisions of the mode, confidential clerical work and other divisions which are directly providing protection of the state secret depending on specifics of activities of state body, local government body, the company, organization and the organization are part of regime and confidential body".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
