About acceptance of some temporary measures in the capital market
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In departure from provisions of the Law on the capital market No. 171 of July 11, 2012 transfer of registers of owners of securities of subjects of public value to the central depositary according to provisions of parts (13) and (14) Articles 67, parts (2) Articles 76, parts (8) and (9) Articles 81, parts (6-5) articles 147 of the Law on the capital market will be performed after creation of the central depositary according to part provisions (1) article 81 of the Law on the capital market, and functions of clearing and payment under securities of subjects of public value before creation of the above-stated central depositary will be performed by Depozitarul National de Valori Mobiliare al Moldovei joint-stock company.
