Article 1. The subitem "b" of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About Regulations of National Assembly" of February 20, 2002, after the word of "deputy" to add ZR-308 (further – the Law) with words ", including constituted with assistance of Budget bureau,".
Article 2. To state article 23 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 23. Creation and activities of subcommittee, working group and working group of experts (including Budget bureau)
1. The permanent commission of the structure can create subcommittees, and also create working groups with establishment of tasks, terms and procedure for their activities and election of heads.
2. The created permanent commission of working group the deputy, and also the expert (specialist) of the commission, fraction, deputy group, the assistant to the deputy and other specialists can be included.
3. The head the created permanent commission of subcommittee or working group carries out orders of the chairman of the permanent commission.
4. The subcommittee created by the permanent commission or working group reports at the scheduled time on results of the activities at meeting of the permanent commission.
5. The subcommittee created by the permanent commission or working group can be abolished ahead of schedule according to the decision of the permanent commission.
6. For assistance to effective implementation of the control powers allocated for National Assembly by article 77 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, and also the provisions established by Chapters 10, 11 both article 101 of this Law and rendering professional assistance and provision of information to deputies, to the permanent commissions, fractions, deputy groups in National Assembly the Working group of experts is created (further – Budget bureau).
