from the paragraph of the sixth word "polymeric", and "plastic" to exclude;
after the paragraph of the sixth to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"producers regarding the made products from the plastic called in appendix to this Decree and plastic packaging on condition of use for their production at least 30 percent of waste of plastic and (or) secondary polymeric materials which are made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus with use at least 70 percent of waste of plastic;";
the seventh or fourteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighth or fifteenth;
