About entering of amendment and change into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add Article 35 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"On the basis specified by Item 13 parts one of this Article the refusal in initiation of proceedings, cessation of production and the termination of criminal prosecution is not allowed if the caused loss was not indemnified or is not eliminated otherwise, or there is dispute concerning the damage which is subject to compensation. In this case case production also continues regularly.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 183 of the Code of the word "parts 1 and 4 of Article 177" shall be replaced with words "part 1 of Article 177".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
