About modification and amendments in the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 172 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia (on July 1, 1998):
a) to exclude from Item 3.1 the word "bank";
b) add Item 3.2 of the following content:
"3.2. Based on the judgment about search or confiscation the bodies performing criminal prosecution can receive the data which are bank secrecy on persons involved on criminal case as suspects or persons accused".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
