About introduction of amendment in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional court"

Article 1. "About the Constitutional court" to add part 3 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia No. ZR-58 of June 1, 2006 after the word "amounts" with the words "and works of coefficient zero whole nine tenth".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after official publication and extends to the relations which arose after January 1, 2013. The pension granted to the member of the Constitutional court before entry into force of this law is recalculated according to the procedure determined after entry into force of this law. If the size of the recalculated pension is less than the size of pension, this law appointed before entry into force, then pension is paid in former size.
