About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11
Based on subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958 "Questions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus", the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2015 No. 11 "About approval of the Instruction about the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 30.05.2015, 8/29886) the following changes:
in Item 2 of the word "July 1" shall be replaced with words "on November 2";
in Item 184 of the Instruction on the bases of appointment and procedure for technical inventory count of real estate, and also the verification of characteristics of real estate when making registration actions approved by this resolution shall be replaced with words the words "May 1" "on November 2".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
