The woman, the validity of the employment contract with whom was extended before the end of pregnancy, shall at the request of the employer, but not more often than once in three months, to provide the medical certificate confirming pregnancy condition. If at the same time the woman actually continues to work after the end of pregnancy, then the employer has the right to terminate the employment contract with it in connection with the expiration of its action within a week from the date of when the employer learned or shall learn about the fact of the end of pregnancy.".
