Bring in part the fifth article 64 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2013, to No. 27, the Art. 3454) change, having stated it in the following edition:

"According to the written requirement of person to which it is refused execution of an employment agreement the employer shall report cause of failure in writing in time not later than within seven working days from the date of presentation of such requirement.".
