Bring in Article 90 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2010, to No. 1, the Art. 4) change, having stated the first offer in the following edition: "The circumstances established by the sentence which took legal effect, except for the sentence decided by court according to Article 226. 9, 316 either 317.7 of this Code, or other judgment which took legal effect made within civil, arbitral or administrative proceeding are recognized court, the prosecutor, the investigator, the investigator without additional check.".
