About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia" (on May ZR-57, 24, 1993, further – the Law) to state the second paragraph of Article 2 in the following edition:

"the disabled person – person who owing to the restrictions of life activity caused by violation of health has need of social protection".

Article 2. In article 5.1 of the law to state the Item "in" in the following edition:

"c) approves the basic program of recovery of disabled people and procedure for its implementation".

Article 3. In article 5.2 of the law:

Article 5. In article 6.2 of the law:

Part 5 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content:

"criteria of establishment of the status "handicapped child" follow from features of development and structurally functional structure of the child";

Part 7 after the word "detection" to add 2) with the words "or violation of the status of disability".

Article 6. To state heading of Chapter 2 of the law in the following edition:

"Prevention of disability and rehabilitation of disabled people".
