About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Armenia" to state part 1 of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia in the following edition:
"Recognition of person by the disabled person is performed by medico-social commissions of experts (MSEK) which act according to the procedure, established by the government of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. In article 10 of the law of the word "medical labor examination" shall be replaced with words "medico-social examination".
Article 3. Regarding the 4th article 11 of the law to replace the word "VTEK" with the word "MSEK".
Article 4. This law becomes effective from the moment of publication.
