About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2013 No. 597 "About enhancement of payment terms of work of heads of the organizations depending on results of financial and economic activities, recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and their separate structural elements" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 13.07. 2013, 5/37538; 01:01. 2014, 5/38229) following changes and amendment:
in part two:
in the paragraph the second to replace figure "6" with figure "4";
after paragraph two to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"over 4 and to 6 inclusive - with the body exercising possessory supervision and regional executive committee (The Minsk Gorispolkom);";
third to consider the paragraph the paragraph the fourth;
in part three to replace figure "4" with figure "3".
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom till January 1, 2015:
provide modification and amendments in the contracts signed with heads of subordinates (which are part) the organizations, according to this resolution;
take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. Make to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection explanations on application of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
