About entering of amendments into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on December 14, 2004

Article 1. In Article 172 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia (on September 1, 1998, ZR-248):

a) to add heading to the word "preserving" with the words "obtaining and";

b) add part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. The bodies performing criminal prosecution based on the judgment can receive the data which are bank, notarial secrecy.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 228 of the Code with the offer of the following content:

"For receipt of the data which are bank, notarial secrecy, the search or confiscation is performed based on the judgment.".

Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
