About approval of Rules on control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration
Based on article 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About restriction of monopolistic activities, development and protection of the competition", the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities" and for the purpose of ensuring implementation of the state control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules on control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration.
2. Control over the implementation Governed on control of observance of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic in the course of economic concentration to assign to the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Determine that the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic performs state registration, and also modification of the state register of the legal entities falling under action of the above rules based on the corresponding conclusion of the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of August 18, 1998 No. 550 "About approval of Rules of conducting examination of observance of requirements of the antitrust law of the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on management of economy, the industry and trade of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
