Bring in the Procedure for distribution of means which arrive on current accounts with the special mode of use for carrying out settlings with the guaranteed supplier of natural gas, No. 217 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 18, 2014 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 53, the Art. 1417, No. 75, the Art. 2132, No. 87, the Art. 2481), changes which are applied.

1. The paragraph one of Item 2 after the words "purchased from the guaranteed supplier of natural gas" to add with words "such heatsupplying organizations or the heatgenerating organizations from which the heatsupplying organizations buy heat energy".
2. In the paragraph the second the subitem 1 of Item 14 of the word "approved with the guaranteed supplier" to exclude.
3. In Item 19:
in paragraph one of the word and figures of "October, 2014" shall be replaced with words "month in which standard rates are for the first time established,";
in subitem 2 of the word "the heatgenerating organizations" shall be replaced with words "the heatgenerating organization".
