1. The regulations about activities of issuers of electronic money and non-bank payment service providers approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 123 of 27.06.2013 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 173-176, the Art. 1221) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 930 of August 1 2013, to change and add as follows:

To add 1) In Item 12 after the words "in the original" with the text" (with seal and the signature)";

To add 2) After Item 13 with Items 13-1 and 13-2 of the following content:

"13-1. Payment societies / suppliers of post services which intend to provide payment services others, than included in the licenses granted by National Bank of Moldova prior to provision of additional services shall obtain the license for activities for provision of the corresponding services according to requirements of this part.
