About introduction of amendments to article 104 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in article 104 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 3; 2006, No. 27, Art. 2878; 2013, No. 52, Art. 6986) following changes:

To add 1) with new part two of the following content:

"If for the reasons of seasonal and (or) technological nature for the separate employee categories occupied at works with harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, the established duration of working hours cannot be observed during the accounting period lasting three months, by the industry (cross-industry) agreement and the collective agreement increase in the accounting period for accounting of working hours of such workers, but no more than up to one year can be provided.";

Parts second and third to consider 2) respectively by parts three and the fourth.

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
