"3. Permit the organizations and individual entrepreneurs who were participants of experiment according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 14, 2014 No. 657 "About carrying out in 2014 - 2015 experiment on use of the control and cash equipment when implementing cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for its registration and application", till December 31, 2015 inclusive to register and use the control and cash equipment which conforms to requirements to the control and cash equipment used in experiment on use of the control and cash equipment when implementing cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for its registration and application approved by the specified resolution.
The provisions specified in paragraph one of this Item regarding use by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs of the control and cash equipment extend to the legal relationship which arose since February 1, 2015.
Determine that for the purpose of possibility of use of the control and cash equipment specified in paragraph one of this Item the Federal Tax Service determines the authorized organizations providing transfer to tax authorities of information on cash cash calculations and (or) calculations with use of payment cards.".
