About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007 No. 172

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

Bring in item 4 of Chapter 16 of the Regulations on features of the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 3, 2007, No. 172, the following changes:

- in paragraphs three and the eighth shall be replaced with words the words "to the data which are the state secret" "to the state secrets";

- state paragraph 9 in the following edition:

"-have permission to work with use of the data constituting the state secrets".
