About modification and amendments in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the administrative responsibility (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 2, the Art. 77) the following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 213-5:

in the name of Article and in paragraph one of part to replace 1 word of "regulations" with the word of "parameters";

add Article with part 3 following of content:

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens - in the amount of fifty settlement indicators, on legal entities - in the amount of five hundred settlement indicators.".

2. In Article 213-6:

the name of Article and paragraph one after words of "passenger traffic" to add with words "legal entities and physical persons, and also";

paragraph two after words "administrative penalty on" to add with words "citizens - in the amount of ten settlement indicators,".

3. Add the code with Articles 213-7 - 213-9 following contents:

"Article 213-7. Violation by the transport driver performing the international motor transportation, work-rest schedule
