About modification of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About general structure and number of the Security Service of Ukraine"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About general structure and number of the Security Service of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 4, Art. 53; 2007, No. 17, Art. 241; 2014, 745) to state Art. No. 20-21, in the following edition:

"Article 2. Approve the total number of the Security Service of Ukraine in number of 27000 people, during the special period (except the period of action of warlike situation) - in number of 31000 people, and for action of warlike situation - in quantity according to the mobilization plan of Ukraine for the special period".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
