"2. For conducting military-medical examination in Armed Forces, other troops, military forming, bodies and organizations the military-medical commissions (the medical and flight commissions) are created.
In some cases the military-medical commissions (the medical and flight commissions) can be created in the medical organizations (which are not part of Armed Forces, other troops, military forming, bodies and organizations) the state and municipal health care systems in which are conducted physical examination (further - inspection) and treatment of the military personnel, staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the employees having special ranks and serving in organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, Federal fire service of the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, customs authorities of the Russian Federation, the citizens who passed military service (the equated service) and also members of their families.
