in the Rules of holding qualification examination approved by the specified order:
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Person applying for implementation of activities as the temporary administrator, rehabilitation, interim and bankrupt managing directors (further - the applicant) directs the written application about passing qualification examination (further - the statement) in any form, with obligatory specifying of language (Kazakh or Russian) passing qualification examination to the commission on holding qualification examination (further - the Commission) through Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) with appendix of the following documents:
1) copies of the identity document of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) copies of the diploma about the highest legal or economic
education (notarially attested in case of non-presentation of the original for reconciliation);
3) copies of the documents confirming experience of work at least three years in economic, financial or legal fields of activity (notarially attested in case of non-presentation of the original for reconciliation).".
