1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine concerning the circulation of special forms of documents of registers of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which are attached.
2. Determine that documents of registers of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (endurance, information references) are made on white paper of the A4 format.
Statements from the State register of the rights to real estate are made of the State register of acts of civil status of citizens and the statement on special forms of documents of registers of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which sample and the description are approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 6, 2003 No. 121/5 "About approval of new sample of the special form of documents of registers of information system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, its description and introduction of forms in the address", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 6, 2003 for No. 896/8217 (with changes).
